Based in Groede, Zeeland, Cyclone brings composite design and manufacturing together. We develop custom carbon fibre parts and other composite solutions for automotive, architecture and individual projects, starting from your idea, existing part or drawing.

Our ongoing FLOW project explores how an outdoor fan unit can become part of the architecture. Sculpted surfaces and a stone-like finish give a functional object a more considered presence. Fit, airflow, access and installation remain part of its development.

Every project starts with a feasibility discussion. Performance, safety, regulatory requirements and verification are agreed for the specific application.
02 / FROM POSSIBILITY TO PART
What must the part do? We establish the application, interfaces, environment, quantity and what a successful result needs to demonstrate.
We develop the geometry and consider materials, tooling, assembly and finish together, so the design has a practical route to manufacture.
We manufacture to the agreed scope. Inspection and any required testing are defined against the project’s acceptance criteria.
DIGITAL DESIGN / PHYSICAL MAKING
From CAD design and CAM preparation to CNC machining and 3D printing, we connect digital development with practical manufacturing. For carbon fibre and other composites, material, tooling and process choices follow the part’s purpose, geometry, quantity and finish.
